Our Trainers are there to create your Bio-Mechanical Fitness Program and then guide you every step of the way. You will notice how well the specifics of your training fits to your body and how this enhances your performance while making your body feel better. While not having to fit into someone else form, You now will experience Function Exercises designed to change the way you move to change your body. This way you will experience results with less roadblocks along the way like plateaus and injuries.
During your program you will get a combination of what you want and what you need to succeed. You will go through many different phases of fitness all building higher for the next one while keeping your body guessing. From Corrective Exercise to Performance Enhancement and Weight Loss and Muscle Defining in between, you and your body will stay interested in your fitness while reaching your next level.

As our #1 goal, we strive with every workout to build our bodies into a unbreakable machine that continues to adapt and grow. It continues to give me fun and adventure as long as I continue to give it stability and support. As a well oil machine the human body is an amazing and unstoppable creature. But just as amazing, is how fast the human body can fall apart under faulty movement patterns at improper fitness level.
The Curley in CurleyFit is there to emphasis the Fun in exercise. Just like growing up watching the 3 Stooges, we have silly fun and laugh a lot when we are working out. Sure there is plenty of time for more reps and push it a little farther, but come on. If we did not enjoy it we would not be back for the second exerise.
